Camping on Film

Image
we went fall camping at a place called Tony Grove, and it was just what we needed. There was a beautiful lake that Hiro loved throwing rocks in, and we could hike around. The weather was perfect and it was the perfect medicine.

First Rolls of Film!!!

Just got back some film scans and I am so excited!!!! Most are the photos are from over two years ago (Summer of 2016). These were shot on a Canon AE-1 with BW400CN film. I am so excited to keep learning and shooting, and I think I just found my new (expensive) hobby.

Dreaming

I found this post that I wrote about 6 months ago, and it just made my heart so happy. "The other night I had the best dream... I was with my family, and my grandma Takahashi was there, then my Grandpa was there too, he was healthy and strong, a way I haven't seen him in years. He passed away just over a year and a half ago. We went to the zoo, we ate more food, we went to different malls and stores, we played and watched tv, we went on a hike, saw the Denver temple, went to a movie, ate more delicious food and we even got to tour a Candy Factory. I'm so glad that I got a chance to visit my sister and her awesome family in their new home, and I can't wait to hang out with them again. My favorite thing about Colorado you ask? Just 4 of my very favorite people. Before Rai got used to me this is how he stared at me. We became friends pretty quickly because I gave him food.  Tracen loves animals, the most exciting ones at the zoo? Probably Geese according to him.  He walks around places like Papahashi, he walks and stops ran...
