I Love To See The Temple


Tonight I am counting my blessing. I got lost, listening to music and making this, got lost in time that is. Triangles are Jenelle's favorite. Hawaii is Jenelle's favorite. Jenelle's my favorite. This one is for you Jenelle.

#3 Temples are everywhere so that I can go there and have my very own family that can be together ~forever~
I'm so glad I know these things. I'm so grateful for the knowledge that no matter what, no matter where this life takes us, we will all be together ~forever~ There's nothing that could make me happier, and that's exactly what our Heavenly Father wants. There's nothing that could make Him happier.

It's been a month. A month since we said goodbye to my grandpa's body. His body~not his spirit. I know that he's busy, just like he's always been. I know we miss him, but there's a lot of people he missed for a long time, and he doesn't have to miss them anymore. I know he's not sad, or lonely, or waiting for us. He knows we'll be there soon. For him, it's like we just ran to Dairy Queen to get a Peanut Buster Parfait, it won't be long until we're back home with him. It feels long for me. It feels like I've been missing him for a lot longer than a month. While I miss him, I'm just going to do my best so I can take the straightest path to get back to him. He did so much so that our family could be together ~forever~
so now it's my turn to do everything I can to make it happen. That building up there
 ~that's my way back~

Love you Grandpa, it's just not the same around here without you.

Canadians

There is just something about Canadians that I miss so much. I didn't realize that the USofA was actually a foreign country until I moved here and said garborator . Or maybe it was when I was talking about my postal code and the ' zed ' that falls so eloquently between the 4 and the 1. I can't quite put my finger on it. There are so many wonderful things that Canada has to offer, and so many wonderful people that I miss so much. I've been lucky. The last 2 consecutive weeks I've been blessed with visitors from the True North Strong and Free, and I miss them so much. My first visitors were Mom, Papahashi, Alana and Tracen Tracen and I enjoyed the Andy Warhol and Takashi Murakami exhibit at the MOA. It was really cool. Oh yeah and we got free food too. And Alana was there, but she was just being our official photographer.  Can you guess what would make Papahashi this excited?  It wasn't our free meal that we just ate, but that would be a good guess

And We Shall See

So this one time I applied to the Media Arts program at BYU. I remember it like it was a reminisce. I procrastinated a little too much and stressed a little too much, but I managed to finish printing all my papers and everything for it the morning of right before it was time to leave. I'm pretty impressive, I know. Don't ask how i magically managed that, but it happened. I sighed a sigh of relief when I handed my 4 manila (they HAD to be manila, any other color is blasphemy) folders with my DVDs featuring this  to the lady at the desk. Then I realized that there would be an ensuing interview in the next couple of weeks. I knew the questions they would ask me, so that's been lingering in the back of my mind for the past couple of weeks. The morning came... this morning in fact.
